Returns + Exchanges
- We offer refunds and exchanges only if an item is damaged, defective or broken upon delivery. Contact must be made within 7 days of arrival with the item being returned within 21 days thereafter. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken.
- All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
- We are unable to refund items once purchased based on change of mind, or incorrect sizing, so please take your time in deciding if this is right for you.
- Please check ring sizes here or with your local jeweller before purchasing so you can find the right fit. We do offer an exchange for correct sizing based upon availability. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. DG ART will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
- There are no refunds or exchanges available on SALE items. All sale purchases are final.
